At Driftless Chocolates, we create bonbons and truffles using single origin chocolate sourced from countries around the Equator and ganache made with Wisconsin-sourced ingredients.
Each box includes 12 handcrafted pieces, curated from current production. Assortments typically feature 1–2 milk chocolates and one dark chocolate enrobed caramel, with the remainder in fine dark chocolate bonbons and truffles. Flavors are drawn from our rotating collection, including:
English Breakfast Tea, Door County Cherry, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Mexican Horchata, Hazelnut, Raspberry, Mango, Garden Mint, Passion Fruit, Cappuccino, Orange, Sea Salt Caramel, Super Dark, Pomegranate Ginger, Ginger Chai, Espresso, Lemon Gemstone Bite, Vanilla, India Spice, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Earl Grey Lavender, Chunky Pecan Caramel, Coconut Lime, and Creamy Liquid Caramel.

Shipping note: Chocolates ship Monday through Wednesday to help ensure arrival before the weekend.

Chocolates ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery before the weekend. If the destination is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit chocolate may melt, even though it arrives within two days, and is thermal packed. We take every precaution to ensure it arrives in tiptop condition in how we send it; we just cannot guarantee its journey and how quickly it is received.
